1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, visiting our store, or engaging in any transaction with Cheaper4U (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Cheaper4U operates a licensed secondhand dealership and precious-metals buying business located at 24 W Front St, Keyport, NJ 07735. Our services include:

• Purchasing gold, jewelry, watches, designer bags, electronics, gaming equipment, tools, and other valuables
• Pawn and collateral-loan services (where permitted by law)
• Selling pre-owned merchandise in-store
• Providing quotes and appraisals

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and possess valid government-issued photo identification to sell, pawn, or purchase items from us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason consistent with applicable law.

4. Seller Representations & Warranties

By selling or pawning an item to Cheaper4U, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the item or are fully authorized to sell or pledge it
• The item is free from any liens, claims, or encumbrances
• The item was not obtained through theft, fraud, or other illegal means
• The information you provide about the item is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You have the legal right to enter into the transaction

Providing false information or selling stolen property is a crime. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and will report suspicious activity.

5. Identification & Record-Keeping

In compliance with New Jersey state law and local ordinances, we are required to record and verify the identity of all sellers and pawners. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID) for every transaction. We retain these records as required by law and may share them with law enforcement agencies upon proper legal request.

6. Pricing, Quotes & Appraisals

All quotes and appraisals are based on the condition, authenticity, market demand, and current precious-metal or resale values at the time of evaluation. Quotes provided online, by phone, or via messaging are preliminary estimates only and are subject to change upon in-person inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our purchasing criteria.

7. Pawn Transactions

If applicable, pawn transactions are governed by New Jersey pawnbroker laws. Loan terms, interest rates, fees, and redemption periods will be disclosed in writing at the time of the transaction. Failure to redeem pledged items within the contractual period may result in forfeiture of the collateral. Please read all pawn documents carefully before signing.

8. Returns & Refunds

All sales of pre-owned merchandise are final unless otherwise required by law. We inspect and test items before resale, but pre-owned items are sold “as-is” with no warranty unless expressly stated. Please inspect items carefully before purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheaper4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or any transaction conducted with us. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (or were paid by us) in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Cheaper4U or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
